For HS players and up · 6 subjects × 10 lessons · Lessons 1–2 in every subject are free
This is the Indiana Baseball Hub player training library. Use it at home. Use it on your phone. Come back to it all year.
Baseball rewards the player who works when nobody is watching. The best free coaching on YouTube is out there, but it is scattered and hard to put in order. We picked the strongest videos from reputable coaches and training groups, put them in order, and added the part videos leave out: the drills, the sets and reps, the fixes, and a way to see if you are getting better.
Who this is for — Built for high school players and up. That covers freshmen through seniors, plus college, summer-ball and adult players. Foundation lessons are not youth lessons. They are the habits every good player owns, done at game-ready quality.
| Subject | Lessons | What it builds |
|---|---|---|
| Pitching | 10 | Build a repeatable delivery first, then command, then a pitch mix, then velocity and game plans. |
| Hitting | 10 | Move well, then square the ball, then handle real pitching, then add power and an approach. |
| Fielding | 10 | Hands and feet first, then throws and range, then position skills, then game-speed reads. |
| Base running | 10 | Run hard and smart: first step and turns, then leads and steals, then reads, then elite speed and timing. |
| Game IQ | 10 | Know the situation, the rules and your job, then lead the game with communication and a game plan. |
| Catching | 10 | Set up and receive first, then block and throw, then run the game, then train and plan like a catcher. |
60 lessons in all. Each lesson takes about 45–60 minutes.
| Level | Lessons | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation | 1–4 | Freshmen and JV players, or anyone rebuilding a skill. Little or no equipment needed. |
| Intermediate | 5–8 | Varsity-level work at game speed. Usually needs a partner, a cage or a field. |
| Advanced | 9–10 | High varsity, showcase and college-level players. Uses a radar, a stopwatch or video to measure progress. |
Start free — Free preview: Lessons 1 and 2 in every subject are free. That is 12 lessons. Lessons 3–10 are for members.
One lesson at a time. About an hour or less. Stay in order inside a subject. You can run two subjects side by side, for example Hitting and Base running.
No field? Every lesson has an at-home version. A wall, a hallway, a net or a backyard is enough.
Health first — Pitchers: follow MLB/USA Baseball Pitch Smart guidance and your state association’s pitch-count rules. Warm up fully before you throw. Stop if anything hurts (sharp pain, elbow or shoulder pain, numbness) and see a qualified professional. Velocity work and max-intent swings are only for healthy players who have finished the Foundation lessons. This library teaches skills. It is not medical advice.

About the videos: every video is linked on YouTube. We never download or re-host them, and we check every link before it goes in a lesson. If a video ever stops working, the drills on the page still work.
