For parents of HS players · 10 lessons · Lessons 1–2 are free
This is the Indiana Baseball Hub guide to college baseball recruiting for parents. Read it at home. Read it on your phone. Come back to it every year of high school.
Recruiting can feel confusing and expensive. Rules change, advice conflicts, and everyone seems to be selling something. We picked the clearest videos from college coaches and reputable sources, put them in order, and added what families need: the real rules with links, the common mistakes, a simple checklist, and one thing to do at home this week.
Who this is for — Built for parents and guardians of high school players. No experience needed. If your son is a freshman, you are right on time. If he is a junior or senior, start with Lessons 1, 8 and 9, then go back to the rest.

Start free — Free preview: Lessons 1 and 2 are free. Lessons 3–10 are for members.
One lesson a week is a good pace. Your son should read Lessons 1, 5 and 6 too, because he will be the one emailing coaches.
Check the latest — NCAA rules changed a lot in 2025 and 2026: roster limits replaced scholarship caps at many Division I schools, and a new age-based eligibility rule began. We link every rule to the NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA. Before any big decision, check the NCAA site for the latest: ncaa.org/eligibility-center. This library is general guidance, not legal or financial advice.
Your son leads. You support. Coaches notice both.
The library does not replace talking with his coaches and school counselor. It helps you ask better questions.
Start with Lesson 1.
About the videos: every video is linked on YouTube. We never download or re-host them, and we check every link before it goes in a lesson. If a video ever stops working, the guide on the page still works.
